WHO WE ARE: Family owned, Massachusetts based for over 25 years. Provider of office machines and furniture systems. Established in 1973 in Milford Massachusetts, relocating to our expanded facilities in Franklin, Massachusetts.

PRODUCTS: New and previously owned multifunctional office systems incorporating copiers, facsimile, printers, scanners, etc. Also, executive and workgroup work stations, seating, filing, paneling and storage units. Our product range includes typewriters, cash registers and general office supplies. Purchase as well as both standard and customized lease programs are available for all of our office equipment products, regionally and out of state.

PRODUCT SUPPORT: We offer customized maintenance agreement coverage for both new and used office equipment including Canon, Ricoh, Savin, Sharp, Konica, Minolta copiers. Also Brother, Dex, Murata, Canon, Savin, Sharp, and Toshiba Facsimile within eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. For our customer convenience we provide supply and service maintenance and cost-per-copy programs in addition to standard maintenance programs. Product trained technicians are in direct contact with our dispatch facility to respond to both regular and emergency calls for service within normal business hours.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: We will be on site within 4 hours or less for emergency calls. Regular maintenance calls same day service. Our first call completion rate is 85%. We want this to be at 90% plus. For our service contract customers, we will provide you with a loaner fax, copier or printer if yours is down and we cannot fix it due to parts that need to be ordered.

We will replace your copier, fax or printer if we cannot fix it free of charge, as long as you purchased it from us and have a service contract in place.
